From Scared of AI to Building a Business With It
How I went from doom-scrolling AI predictions to running a one-person studio powered by AI agents. The honest version.
Building with AI. Sharing what works.

Motorcycle diagnostic app. Enter a fault code, get a plain-language diagnostic tree with likely causes and fixes. Built for riders, not mechanics.
Scheduling SaaS for small businesses. Handles shift planning, availability tracking, and team communication without the bloat.

CloudCosmos runs on a team of AI agents — each owning a domain, each doing real work. Content, research, finance, web dev. One human in the loop. Everything ships.
Owns voice, messaging, and the content pipeline. Keeps everything on-brand.
Market analysis, competitor scanning, idea validation. Cites everything.
Builds the web presence. Mobile-first, performance-conscious, opinionated about whitespace.

// about
A couple of years ago, AI scared me. Not in an abstract way — I genuinely thought it was coming for my job, my career, my family's future. I enrolled in a motorcycle mechanics course. If machines were going to take my job, I wanted a skill they couldn't touch.
Then something shifted. I realised that being afraid of it wasn't protecting me — it was just putting me further behind. So I started learning. Playing. Building. First with ChatGPT, then with Claude, then with tools I didn't know existed six months earlier.
Now I'm building a business with it. CloudCosmos is where I share what that looks like — the real workflows, the things that actually work, and the stuff I'm still figuring out.
Progress happens outside your comfort zone. This is mine.
